Our experienced team of traders each have a portfolio that includes specific markets from around the world. Collectively they amass many years of experience of the international pelagic trading market. They bridge the gap between supply and demand, offering tailor made solutions to the requirements of their trading partners.

Logistics

Our logistics team manage all aspects of the loading and discharging operation. They work in close partnership with the traders, transport companies and our network of agents to ensure that the cargoes are loaded and discharged in the correct configuration and in a timely and efficient manner.

Documentary Credits

Our experienced documentary credits team remove all the complications from the preparation and provision of the necessary shipping documentation required by customers. They work stringently to the guidelines and standards of UCP 600. They can also arrange, on your behalf, first class Marine Cargo Insurance to protect your cargo and resolve any claims.

Inspectors

Quality is a fundamental foundation to our success and remains at the forefront of all aspects of the business. We focus on delivering quality that lives up to the expectations of our customers time after time. Our team of highly trained and accredited inspectors attend all loadings, night and day, on the high seas or on the shore to ensure our strict quality standards are adhered to at all times. They also bring their accumulated skills and experience to the difficult task of ensuring all loadings meet the requirements of the sales and logistics teams.

In addition to having our own team of inspectors we also work together with accredited independent inspection companies such as Intertek, Bureau Veritas and SGS to ensure that any form of pre-shipment inspections are conducted where necessary.
