J. Marr (Seafoods) Ltd has been formally recognised as an Investor in People (IIP). IIP is the globally recognised scheme which improves organisational performance through better planning, implementation and evaluation of learning and development programmes.

The achievement of this standard has followed a year long drive throughout the company working with all employees to help them develop and strive to reach their potential.
